21. Document Controller*

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and enforce the document control framework: numbering, metadata, workflows, and transmittals.
• Administer EDMS in partnership with IT; manage migrations and as-built updates.
• Create SOPs, templates and checklists; train project teams on standards and best practices.
• Monitor adherence, audit trails, and KPI reporting (timeliness, accuracy, revisions, and compliance).
• Coordinate vendor document reviews, comment resolution, and distribution matrices.
• Lead a small team of document controllers; plan workload, mentor, and conduct quality checks.
• Ensure IP/IT security and confidentiality in line with policy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for digital document flows.
Minimum Qualifications
• Hands-on with EDMS tools (e.g., SharePoint/Aconex/Doxis) and ISO-based document control.
• Understanding of engineering deliverable types, revision/status codes, and distribution rules.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Preferred Attributes
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Experience implementing CDE/metadata standards and migration projects.
• Experience with COMOS is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

3. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
