Job Summary

Provide integrated PMO governance and project controls across the S/4HANA upgrade program.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated project plan, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage RAID, action tracking and governance reporting.
• Track workstream progress, deliverables and resource utilization.
• Support Project Manager with daily stand-ups, as well as executive reporting including weekly, monthly, as well as Steering Committee reporting.
• Coordinate project documentation, meeting cadence and decision logs.
• Track testing, including testing progress as well as defect resolution
• Support Project Manager with the development of cutover plan and tracking execution of cutover and readiness activities.
• Maintain project repositories and governance standards.
