Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Medical Representative Registration (MRR) project delivery and coordination.
- Drive requirement gathering, analysis, prioritization, and documentation.
- Facilitate business process design and optimization across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate solution design, system development, testing, deployment, and rollout activities.
- Manage project plans, timeline, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide project status reporting and support governance/steering meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Manager and/or Business Analyst experience.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects.
- Strong business process analysis and optimization skills.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, system implementation, and integration projects.
- Experience translating business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with Business, Compliance, Legal, Medical, Product, IT, and external vendors.
- Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare/Pharma/Life Sciences) preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Preferred Background
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
- Compliance or regulatory project experience.
- Experience supporting governance forums and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions/review.
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
4. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
