b. Observability tooling : What tools exist/can be used to track and explain agent behavior in production — what it does, how it does it
c. Performance & scalability (runtime) : Explicitly a runtime concern, not a dev-time one
d. User experience via chat interface: Response latency is critical
e. Solving actual user needs: Agent should solve genuine customer/user problems, not just answer general-purpose questions
