Job Description SAP S2P (VIM & Concur) Functional Consultant Location: Bangalore Role Summary Signify is designing, deploying, and supporting a global SAP S/4HANA landscape. To support post-go-live operations, stabilization, and continuous improvement, we are looking for an experienced SAP S2P (Source-to-Pay) Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText VIM) and SAP Concur. The consultant will be responsible for supporting global procurement and invoice processing operations in an AMS environment, ensuring stable business operations, efficient issue resolution, process optimization, and alignment with global procurement standards. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support for SAP S2P processes in a global AMS environment. Support business users, Process Owners, and key stakeholders in resolving incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests. Manage and support OpenText VIM processes including: Invoice capture and processing Invoice workflows and approvals Exception handling Duplicate invoice checks GR/IR reconciliation support SAP AP integration Support SAP Concur processes including: Travel and Expense Management Expense Report Processing Corporate Card Integration Reimbursement Processes User Administration and Configuration Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with technical teams and external vendors for issue resolution. Support incident, problem, change, and release management processes following ITIL standards. Perform impact analysis, functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support for enhancements and releases. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Vendor Management, and Integration teams. Support deployments, hypercare activities, and transition-to-support initiatives. Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials. Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities to optimize procurement operations. Hands-on experience in OpenText VIM implementation or AMS support. Hands-on experience in SAP Concur support, configuration, and administration. Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay business processes. Experience in ticket-driven AMS support environments. Tools & Process Knowledge ServiceNow Jira Confluence ITIL Framework Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Release Management Integration Knowledge Good understanding of integrations between: SAP MM SAP FI/AP SAP Ariba (preferred) OpenText VIM SAP Concur Treasury Systems Banking Interfaces Vendor Collaboration Platforms Nice to Have SAP S/4HANA Procurement experience. SAP Ariba exposure. SAP FSCM / Treasury knowledge. SAP Business Workflow knowledge. Experience with OCR-based invoice processing. Hypercare and global rollout experience. SAP Concur Certification. OpenText VIM Certification. Grading Differentiators Ability to independently support VIM and Concur processes. Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
