About the Role

The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional projects within a medical equipment manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Excel expertise, hands‑on experience with SAP, and exposure to mechanical engineering or procurement-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Develop project schedules, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Manage SAP project workflows, material requests, and procurement processes.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and project milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support cost analysis, vendor coordination, and BOM‑related tasks.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with medical‑device standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of project management experience (preferably in manufacturing).
  • Expert‑level Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP (MM/PP/Project Systems).
  • Working knowledge of mechanical domain concepts or product development processes.
  • Experience managing procurement projects (vendor coordination, material planning).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in medical devices or regulated industries (ISO 13485, FDA standards).

Familiarity with MS Project or other PM tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions/review.
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
4. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
