Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with deep expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems. You will join an agile team focused on modernizing applications, deploying cloud-native solutions, and building secure RESTful APIs
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture: Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant microservices using Spring Boot.
- API Development: Create, document, and maintain robust RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
- Database Management: Implement efficient data storage layers using relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Messaging & Events: Integrate asynchronous event-driven streaming solutions like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage microservices on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure using Docker containers.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code verified by automated Unit and Integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
- Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-functional team discussions.
- Optimization: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix application bottlenecks to optimize system performance.
Skill Requirements
- Core Language: Strong command of Core Java (Java 8 or higher, preferably Java 11/17).
- Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Architecture Style: Deep understanding of Microservices concepts, design patterns, and service-to-service communication.
- Data Layer: Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and exposure to NoSQL systems (MongoDB).
- Event Streaming: Practical experience with message brokers like Apache Kafka.
- Containers: Familiarity with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- CI/CD Tools: Experience utilizing Jenkins, Git, or GitLab pipelines for automated software delivery.
- Testing: Proficiency in testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, and Postman
