Job Summary
Test Fixture/Jig development team is looking for a candidate with experience in the following areas:
- Project Management
- AI/ML applications for Machine Vision
- Test Fixture development and validation environments
- Familiarity with ATE software environments, scripting/programming languages (such as Python or C++), and hardware-software integration.
- End-to-end project planning, execution, and stakeholder management
- Coordination with cross-functional engineering teams
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both AI-based machine vision solutions and test fixture development projects, along with the ability to effectively manage schedules, risks, stakeholders, and delivery commitments.
- Agile Sprint Planning: Lead daily stand-ups and sprint reviews for test automation developers (Python, LabVIEW, TestStand).
- Release & Validation: Coordinate software release staging, loopback simulation tests, and dry runs on physical jigs before deployment to the production floor.

Technical Requirements
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a software focus, or equivalent technical experience.
- Software Ecosystems: Strong management familiarity with test frameworks (e.g., Python pytest, NI TestStand, LabVIEW, or C#/.NET automation).
- Hardware Interfacing: Foundational understanding of how software talks to physical jig instruments via communication protocols (e.g., VISA, SCPI, CAN bus, I2C, SPI, Modbus).
- Tooling: Proficiency with Git/GitHub release workflows, JIRA project tracking, and CI/CD pipelines for test software deployment.
Preferred Qualifications- Process Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP with an Agile background.
- Data Infrastructure: Experience managing software that handles massive data logging, statistical process control (SPC), or yield monitoring dashboards.
