Job Summary

To develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to meet project objectives and also provide technical guidance for work completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions/review.
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
4. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.

Field Service Engineer Lead - Job Type: Full-time
SUMMARY:
Field Service Engineers provide comprehensive service on assigned equipment maintaining high customer satisfaction, timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Provides technical assistance to support our customers in any manner as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Installs, commissions, and maintains products at user’s site. Performs modifications or retrofits as needed 
•    Maintains complete and detailed knowledge of products and applications
•    Provides training for customers and others in the effective operation, calibration, and maintenance of products 
•    Assists other Field Service Engineers, Process Engineers, and Sales Representatives with product installations, trade shows, training, and other events as required
•    Provides technical assistance in any manner required; troubleshoots, diagnoses, and calibrates products via telephone, internet, or at user’s site for product spec performance
•    Maintains accurate records and issues complete and timely reports on equipment operations
•    Other duties as assigned
Domain and Product:
•    Understanding and serviced Deposition and Etch machines
QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field
•    Minimum three years of experience in Vacuum, Chemical/Gas handling, and/or semiconductor manufacturing equipment experience is required
•    Prior experience performing multiple on-site installations required 
•    Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•    Ability to read and interpret technical journals and reports
•    Ability to obtain necessary Visa(s) to support customers as assigned
•    Ability to compile reports and compose routine correspondence 
•    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  
•    Ability to travel extensively and work in shifts to support customer needs
LANGUAGE:
•    Bilingual English and Mandarin – Read, write and Speak

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
•    Work is performed at the factory and individual customer sites as required
•    The incumbent is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, touch, see, and hear, and may be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds; over 50 pounds with assistance
•    While performing the regular duties of the position, the incumbent is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and possible exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals. The incumbent must be able to wear safety equipment and follow safety instructions.
