Job Summary
Responsible for driving operational discipline and coordination across account by managing commercial tracking, financial reporting, and stakeholder follow-ups across service lines. The role acts as a central anchor ensuring smooth execution today, while evolving the function toward demand tracking, improved visibility, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Contract Tracking
Track PODs, invoices, renewals, COLA cycles, and ensure timely follow-ups and closures - Financial Reporting
Consolidate BU inputs and maintain clear, consistent monthly financial views - Stakeholder Coordination (Internal & External)
Coordinate with BU PMOs and customer supplier managers to drive actions, alignment, and closure - Governance Execution
Prepare governance packs and track actions to completion - Central Account Tracking
Maintain a unified tracker across financials, contracts, actions, and milestones - Evolving Demand & Visibility Management
Gradually expand into tracking demand (e.g., time & material requests), capacity visibility, and account-level insights
Skill Requirements
- Strong coordination and execution discipline
- Working knowledge of:
- Excel / Power BI (data handling & reporting)
- Basic financial and contract lifecycle tracking
- Service management tools (ServiceNow/Jira – awareness)
- Awareness of AI/automation tools and ability to:
- Improve reporting efficiency
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Generate insights from fragmented data
