Job Summary
- Operates under the customer’s governance framework to provide structured oversight across project and change activities
- Maintains end-to-end visibility across project and change streams, while technical delivery is governed separately
- Drives accountability, governance, and coordinated decision-making at program level
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Leadership Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks covering reporting, risk management, and compliance
- Ensure transparent oversight and accountability across all phases of delivery
- Drive alignment across project, change, and technical streams
- Define and enforce roles and responsibility matrix aligned to program governance
Stakeholder & Multi-Vendor Management
- Manage complex stakeholder landscape including country teams, technical owners, and governance bodies
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Drive collaboration and resolve conflicts in multi-vendor environment
- Coordinate closely with multiple vendors involved
Multi-Country Delivery Leadership (UK Focus)
- Lead parallel rollout across UK, Greece, and subsequent regions
- Adapt delivery approach based on regulatory requirements, cultural differences, and local dynamics
- Ensure consistency of delivery across geographies while supporting global standardization
- Align rollout execution with enterprise POS transformation strategy
Project Delivery & Execution Oversight
- Oversee phased rollout from global template to country deployment
- Ensure business continuity during transformation
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Ensure vendors support rollout execution without assuming end-to-end ownership
Change Management Integration
- Embed change management into project delivery rather than treating it as a standalone role
- Drive integrated communication, training, and stakeholder engagement across lifecycle
- Promote adoption of standardized processes with minimal customization
- Align change activities with governance structure and project lifecycle
Risk, Dependency & Escalation Management
- Identify and manage delivery risks including resource dependency, BAU overlap, and multi-vendor dependencies
- Establish structured escalation mechanisms across stakeholders and partners
- Manage interdependencies with Oracle Consulting and other delivery stakeholders
Collaboration & Knowledge Management
- Ensure structured knowledge transfer and documentation across teams
- Maintain clear ownership boundaries across vendors and stakeholders
- Enable repeatable rollout model through knowledge continuity
Strategic Alignment Responsibilities
- Align delivery with enterprise transformation objectives and business goals
- Drive outcomes such as cost optimization, productivity improvement, and platform standardization
- Support enhanced digital capability and consistent customer experience
Skill Requirements
- Program-level governance and orchestration role (not a traditional PM role)
- Owns visibility, alignment, and control across multi-country rollout
- Integrates project delivery, change management, and stakeholder coordination
- Drives standardized, scalable, and adoption-led POS implementation for the UK and beyond
Other Requirements
1.Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
