Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and drive complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in project management. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning them with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Planning:Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.• Cross-Functional Coordination:Coordinate and manage activities across multiple teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and other departments, to ensure successful program execution.• Risk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure program resilience.• Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications. Provide regular updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members on program status, progress, and challenges.• Technical Expertise:Utilize your technical background to understand complex systems and provide guidance on technical decisions. Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Process Improvement:Continuously improve program management processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Experience:o 12+ years of experience in technical project management or a related field.o Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technology projects.o Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale programs.o Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other program management methodologies.o Exposure to technical background with experience in software development, systems architecture, or related areas.
