Job Summary

Professionals capable of providing strategic guidance on technology, infrastructure, and enabling major business process changes through IT. Capable of defining principles, ROI, services, standards, guidelines, and solutions for an IT platform or portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

AI use case prioritization and business case development. AI maturity assessments and CoE setup. EU AI Act compliance (risk classification, audit ready documentation). AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks. Operating model definition for AI adoption. C-level advisory on AI strategy and roadmapping. For insurance-specific roles: deep understanding of insurance processes (claims FNOL, underwriting workflows, policy lifecycle), regulatory compliance (Solvency II, DORA), and proxy product ownership on AI engagements.
