Senior Delivery Manager (SDM) – Enterprise Data Programs
Role Overview:
The Senior Delivery Manager will lead strategic enterprise data programs in the finance domain, ensuring robust governance, efficient delivery, and actionable insights through advanced reporting and visualization. This role demands expertise in data engineering, analytics, and cloud ecosystems, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Management
• Establish governance frameworks for enterprise data programs, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Define program charters, delivery models, and risk management strategies for large-scale initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through structured reviews, KPIs, and adherence to SLAs.
End-to-End Delivery Leadership
• Lead conceptualization, solution design, strategy, execution, and operations for finance domain data programs.
• Manage multiple initiatives across Application Development and Application Support & Maintenance.
• Oversee greenfield implementations and large-scale transformation programs for financial data platforms and analytics solutions.
Technical Leadership
• Provide guidance in data engineering, advanced analytics, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Design and implement data migration strategies to modern cloud ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration with financial systems.
• Implement robust data governance, quality frameworks, and compliance standards for regulatory requirements.
• Technical Leadership around Data Analytics (Power BI) for decision support and performance insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data-driven strategies and analytics for risk management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Enable advanced analytics and data science initiatives for predictive modeling, fraud detection, and performance optimization.
Team Leadership, Global Delivery and Delivery Excellence
• Lead and mentor a team of 100+ professionals across data engineering, analytics, and operations.
• Support business development and client engagement across global geographies (US, Europe, Asia Pacific, Oceania).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, risk management protocols, and continuous improvement practices.
• Demonstrate proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs and complex delivery landscapes in financial services.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in greenfield implementations and large transformation programs.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems and Power BI for visualization and reporting.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Professional Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are desirable

Key Responsibilities
2. Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
3. Monitor project progress, identify and address issues or risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
4. Implement agile methodologies to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration within the project team
5. Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals
6. Conduct post project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
