Job Summary
Role Description: analyze and enhance current IAM Governance group-wide documents, based on altering processes (e.g. JML, Recertification, Application Onboarding) – this role requires also leading discussions with other projects and documenting their status, as well as implementing re-occurring meeting formats to document progresses in the analysis of certain processes.
Skillset: strong analytic capabilities, knowledge on IAM topics (JML, Recertification, Application Onboarding, use of Business Roles or Non-Personal Accounts, general Identity Lifecycle), experience in working on IAM Governance topics, pro-active and critical thinker, experience in organizing meetings and general stakeholder management, German language skills are not required, but are considered a plus, besides from that very good English skills are a must (main task will be to analyze IAM Governance processes and document them in a group-wide Guideline). We are searching for someone that is not just following on what he is told but also able to challenge. E.g. we will be working with lots of other UAM projects, and the task is not to simply collect analysis results, it is rather to critically reflect on the results of other projects and being able to challenge those if necessary (therefore in-depth knowledge on IAM Governance topics is necessary). In the end, the process changes need to be presented to Top Mgmt Stakeholders – meaning also here, the possible candidate needs to be able to critically reflect, be self-confident and critically towards the results we receive from others.

Skill Requirements
