Job Summary

We need a senior programme delivery lead, able to co-ordinate change across a number of different functional areas and applications. The candidate would need to have strong, senior stakeholder management skills, will be required to engage senior representatives from both the business and technology side, define the end-to-end change transformation required for the programme and define the roadmap, timelines for programme delivery. Expert knowledge of Payments and FX will be key for this role. They will need to run working groups with stakeholders, define and agree a minimum viable product delivery, as well as further phases for capability/features delivery

Key Responsibilities


• Acts as the most senior hands on technical authority, driving engineering excellence through deep design, code quality, and system scalability leadership
• Shapes strategic technical direction by aligning engineering decisions with long term business outcomes, platform evolution, and emerging technology trends
• Leads the design and implementation of complex, high impact systems, ensuring maintainability, performance, and operational robustness
• Mentors and coaches engineers across teams, raising overall engineering maturity, delivery standards, and problem solving capability
• Partners closely with architects, product leaders, and stakeholders to translate business intent into executable, high quality technical solutions
• This role will be focused on building and implementation customer log in, authentication, mobile, soft token and transaction signing capability for APACME
