Job Summary

This role is accountable for overseeing a portfolio of projects by leading a team of project managers, ensuring operational excellence, budgetary control, and strategic alignment with business objectives. The individual drives process improvement, manages stakeholder relationships, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operations management initiatives by developing and optimizing processes using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow to enhance delivery efficiency and team performance.
2. Oversee project financials by applying budgeting methodologies and financial management systems to monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives.
3. Resolve escalated project and program issues by leveraging advanced problem-solving techniques and collaborating with project managers to maintain delivery continuity.
4. Drive stakeholder engagement by utilizing communication platforms and customer relationship management tools to ensure high levels of satisfaction and transparent status reporting.
5. Implement best practices and continuous improvement measures by standardizing methodologies, such as Agile and PMP frameworks, to maximize quality and value across all projects.
6. Manage project delivery governance by reviewing deliverables, analyzing team and project performance metrics, and ensuring all commitments meet agreed customer timelines.
7. Support business development by identifying opportunities for expansion of service offerings within operational and financial management scopes.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge Of Operations Management Frameworks And Process Optimization.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Budget And Financial Management Tools Such As Sap, Oracle Financials, Or Ms Excel For Project Tracking And Reporting.
3. Excellent Command Of Project Management Methodologies Including Agile, Waterfall, And Hybrid Approaches.
4. Expert Ability To Analyze Project Metrics And Performance Dashboards For DecisionMaking.
5. Strong Stakeholder Management And Negotiation Skills Using Crm And Collaboration Tools.
6. Excellent Communication And Leadership Capabilities For Managing CrossProject Teams.

Other Requirements

1. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly recommended.
2. ITIL certification is optional but valuable.
3. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master) is an advantage.
Maximum Salary (US):  165000
Minimum Salary (US):  152000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
