Senior Project Manager - Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive complex project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring strong control over scope, schedule, cost, and quality. The role requires hands-on execution, governance, and coordination across cross-functional teams in a structured delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams with strong control over schedule, scope, cost, and quality.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans including work breakdown structure (WBS), critical path, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate across Group and Local teams including Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance/Security, and Business stakeholders.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment for timely delivery.
  • Own change control processes including change request (CR) intake, impact analysis, approvals, and implementation tracking.
  • Establish and maintain project governance including steering committee (SteerCo) packs, weekly status reporting, and risk reporting.
  • Maintain and actively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with clear mitigation and escalation paths.
  • Ensure traceability across the delivery lifecycle from requirements → build → test → release.
  • Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure delivery quality and adherence to standards.
  • Drive execution cadence across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with sprint/release cycles.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Support project closure, stabilization, and transition to BAU with proper documentation.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies
•    Strong experience in managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
•    Expertise in integrated planning, including WBS, dependency management, and critical path analysis.
•    Strong knowledge of change management and delivery governance frameworks.
•    Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence ensuring end-to-end traceability.
•    Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
•    Strong understanding of project lifecycle from requirements to release management.
•    Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
•    High ownership with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.

Domain Experience
•    Experience delivering digital platforms including web, mobile, APIs, data, and cloud-based solutions
•    Awareness of application security practices and release control processes
•    Experience in regulated domains (Banking/Insurance preferred)

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
•    PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred
