Job Summary

Program Manager – Strategic Delivery & Partner Ecosystem Role Over

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-domain technology and transformation programs. The role requires strong expertise in partner/vendor ecosystem management, governance frameworks, RACI establishment, process standardization, and financial ownership across complex delivery landscapes.

The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder alignment, operational excellence, and financial performance, while driving continuous improvement and automation-led transformation.


Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Delivery & Governance

  • Own end-to-end program execution across multiple domains (application, testing, platform, and operations)
  • Establish program governance structures, including:
    • Steering committees
    • Weekly / monthly reviews
    • Executive reporting dashboards
  • Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations

2. Partner & Vendor Ecosystem Management

  • Manage multiple delivery partners/vendors in a unified operating model
  • Define and enforce clear accountability across vendors
  • Drive collaborative yet performance-driven engagement
  • Resolve cross-partner dependencies, conflicts, and handoffs
  • Lead vendor performance reviews and improvements

3. RACI & Operating Model Definition

  • Design and implement clear RACI frameworks across:
    • Business stakeholders
    • IT teams
    • Vendors/partners
  • Ensure ownership clarity for all deliverables and processes
  • Establish a pod-based or domain-driven delivery model where required
  • Standardize roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths

4. Process Establishment & Standardization

  • Define and implement end-to-end delivery processes:
    • Test lifecycle / SDLC
    • Release management
    • Defect management
    • Dependency management
  • Drive process harmonization across domains and partners
  • Introduce best practices, frameworks, and automation-led efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and quality standards

5. Financial Management & Commercial Oversight

  • Own program financials, including:
    • Budget planning and tracking
    • Cost optimization
    • Forecasting and variance analysis
  • Validate vendor commercials, rate cards, and productivity models
  • Track unit economics (e.g., cost per test case, cost per deliverable)
  • Drive margin improvement and efficiency initiatives
  • Support RFP responses, solutioning, and pricing strategies

6. Stakeholder & Executive Communication

  • Engage with senior leadership and client stakeholders
  • Provide clear, data-driven updates on:
    • Delivery status
    • Risks/issues
    • Financial performance
  • Manage expectations and drive alignment across business and IT teams

7. Risk, Dependency & Issue Management

  • Identify and manage program risks and dependencies
  • Establish proactive risk mitigation strategies
  • Handle critical escalations and issue resolution
  • Ensure continuity during high-pressure delivery cycles

8. Automation & Transformation Leadership

  • Drive automation adoption and optimization strategies
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives
  • Enable scalable and repeatable delivery models
  • Support transition from manual to automation-first approaches

9. Transition & Knowledge Management

  • Lead program transitions and ramp-ups
  • Ensure structured knowledge transfer plans
  • Build sustainable documentation and knowledge repositories
  • Plan for smooth handover models (including contract transitions)

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in IT delivery/program management
  • Proven experience managing:
    • Large-scale, multi-vendor programs
    • Complex enterprise environments
    • Managed services / outsourcing engagements

Skill Requirements

1. Expertise in scrum master practices, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing obstacles
2. In-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologies
3. Proficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project management
4. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectively
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirements
7. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
