Job Summary

Technical Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of a production-grade Rules Engine platform for the Term Life Underwriting ecosystem. The role drives build, integration, testing, and release execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and audit-compliant delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and milestone commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Rules Engine POC and Build phase, ensuring milestone adherence and quality outcomes
Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and RAID governance across the program
Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and business sign-offs
Oversee development of Rules Engine, APIs, and event-driven integration services
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and integration standards
Govern implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment setup (Dev–Prod)
Drive automation-first testing strategy covering unit, integration, SIT, UAT, and NFR
Oversee performance, load, scalability, and reliability testing and validation
Lead end-to-end system integration across upstream and downstream enterprise systems
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, traceability, and security controls
Manage release planning, cutover, production rollout, and stabilization support
Establish monitoring, SLAs/SLOs, and operational readiness, including transition to steady-state

Skill Requirements

Proven delivery leadership in Agile programs with strong stakeholder, risk, and dependency management
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of test strategy, automation frameworks, and end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT, NFR)
Experience in performance, scalability, and reliability testing for enterprise platforms
Strong expertise in microservices architecture, API-led integration, and event-driven systems
Domain exposure to financial services/insurance and compliance, audit, and governance frameworks

Other Requirements

12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in delivery leadership
Experience managing enterprise platform build and integration programs
Prior exposure to rules engine / underwriting systems is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
