Job Summary
- 10+ years overall professional experience
- 2–3 years relevant project management experience (preferred in large-scale transformation or technology programmes)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
- Development Tracking & Hygiene: Monitor and maintain Jira project hygiene across all development workstreams. Track epic-level progress, timelines, and milestones against committed dates.
- Partner Coordination: Act as primary liaison with the partner development team. Facilitate daily standups, track blockers, and ensure clear communication on deliverables and dependencies.
- Timeline & Dependency Analysis: Analyze development roadmap, identify risks early, flag timeline slippages, and escalate blockers to the development lead.
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Monitor emerging risks and issues. Maintain risk register and escalation logs. Support mitigation planning and resolution tracking.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare status updates, weekly progress summaries, and steering committee materials as required.
- Process Support: Support process improvements, documentation, and cross-team coordination across digital and retail functions.
