Project Manager role at the E3.2 band
Key Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience managing the delivery of large-scale enterprise software implementation, transformation, or migration projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction
- Manage offshore delivery teams and coordinate activities across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration with onshore stakeholders and project leadership.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users, application teams, architects, infrastructure, security, and external vendors.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and third-party vendors, providing regular status updates and communications.
- Manage project scope, governance processes, change requests, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining risk and issue logs and driving timely resolution of project challenges.
- Oversee software configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, defect management, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
- Ensure business and technical requirements are validated and successfully delivered through testing and deployment phases.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, expectation management, and executive reporting to maintain project alignment and transparency.
- Coordinate transition-to-support activities, stabilization efforts, project closure, lessons learned, and operational handoff following deployment.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and delivery performance to ensure objectives are achieved within approved budgets and timelines.
