Shapes the future state employee experience and supports the delivery of change artefacts aligned to business and people outcomes.
• Leads the My Time change strategy and approach
• Assesses and validates change impacts
• Partners with business sponsors and people leaders
• Designs and coordinates change activities
• Shapes the employee and people leader experience
• Supports capability uplift
• Monitors change readiness and adoption
• Acts as the voice of impacted employees
• Supports sustained adoption post implementation
