- SAP S/4HANA GTS (Global Trade Services):
Key Responsibilities
- System Design & Configuration: Configure and maintain core SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party List/SPL, Embargo, Legal Controls), Customs Management (Declarations, Transit procedures), and Risk Management (Preference processing, Letters of Credit).
- Integration Management: Architect and manage integration between SAP S/4HANA or ECC and GTS, ensuring master and transactional data map flawlessly (e.g., product classification, license determination, customs documents).
- Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end (E2E) SAP GTS implementation projects, covering blueprint creation, system setup, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Business Analysis: Work directly with global and regional business teams to analyze trade compliance needs and map them to standard SAP solutions.
- Support & Training: Provide technical and functional mentorship to junior team members, conduct end-user training, and resolve complex day-to-day international trade issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 to 12+ years of overall SAP experience, with a minimum of 4–6 years of dedicated, hands-on SAP GTS experience.
- Implementation Track Record: Successfully completed at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP GTS implementation or rollout projects.
- Technical/Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of GTS Edition for SAP S/4HANA (GTS E4H) and Fiori applications. Strong foundational knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), specifically Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multinational stakeholder relationships.
