Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-market digital transformation initiatives across regional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and cross-functional coordination, with experience delivering digital platforms in regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Experience 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex enterprise programs and projects. Proven experience managing large-scale and multi-country project deliveries. Experience working with regional and cross-functional teams across business and technology domains. Prior experience in BFSI and/or Insurance projects is highly preferred. Location Based in Thailand. Language Requirements Fluent in English and Thai. Ability to communicate effectively with local business and technology stakeholders. Additional regional language capabilities are an advantage. - Experience working with compliance, risk, and security teams in regulated industries, particularly BFSI or Insurance domains.
Tools & Technology
- Hands-on experience with project and delivery management tools such as:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Confluence
- Similar Agile/Project Management platforms
- Ability to ensure traceability across requirements, development, testing, and release processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing digital transformation initiatives within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance organizations.
- Experience working in multinational and regional delivery environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and presentation skills.
