Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong SAP project management background to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP projects across scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risks.
  • Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID items, and delivery KPIs.
  • Coordinate SAP functional, technical, Basis, integration, and business teams.
  • Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.
  • Manage resource planning, deliverables, change requests, and project financials.
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition activities.
  • Work closely with customer leadership and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Skill Requirements

  • 8–12+ years overall, including significant SAP project management experience
  • Strong experience managing SAP implementation/migration projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology.
  • Strong project governance, risk management, financial management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification is preferred.
