Job Summary

SCRUM MASTER - L3

We are seeking an experienced L3 Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to support enterprise-scale Agile delivery within HCLTech and GE HealthCare client environments. The role demands strong Agile leadership, cloud exposure (AWS), PaaS Printer-as-a-Service delivery experience, and the ability to drive Kanban-based execution with executive-ready dashboard reporting. The incumbent will work closely with global stakeholders across geographies in a large multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile/Scrum and Kanban practices across multiple enterprise teams.

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

• Support delivery of AWS-based cloud platforms and PaaS Printer-as-a-Service solutions.

• Proactively remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.

• Drive Kanban flow metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput).

• Develop and maintain delivery dashboards and executive reports.

• Engage with client stakeholders and leadership teams.

Skill Requirements

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.

• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native delivery.

• Experience with PaaS / Printer-as-a-Service platforms.

• Hands-on Kanban and dashboard reporting experience.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Exposure to multinational and distributed teams.

• Availability to work EST hours.
