Senior Project Manager
Lima, Lima

Job Summary

•Senior delivery lead coordinating the full SAP functional team at Anglo American Peru
•Accountable for service quality, SLA compliance and stakeholder satisfaction across all SAP modules
•Acts as primary escalation point and interface between HCLTech and Anglo American IT leadership

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee L2/L3 SAP functional support across FI/CO, MM, HCM, GRC and data modules
•Lead demand management: triage, prioritise and assign incoming requests and change requests
•Review functional specifications, solution designs and test results produced by the team
•Ensure compliance with Anglo American ITSM processes and governance model (ServiceNow)
•Manage project and initiative delivery in coordination with the Anglo American EA team

Skill Requirements

•SAP S/4HANA – broad functional knowledge across multiple modules
•AMS delivery management and SLA governance
•Stakeholder management – C-level and business communication
•ITIL / ServiceNow – incident and change management
•Fluent Spanish & English – mandatory
