OCM - SAP Learning Content Lead

Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end instructional design, technical writing, and learning-content development lifecycle for enterprise applications, SAP S/4HANA, and digital learning programs.
  • Analyze business, system, technical, and learner requirements and translate complex information into structured, learner-centric training and documentation solutions.

Key Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, e-learning, technical training, learning-content development, or a combination of these disciplines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now for simulations, system demonstrations, guided learning, and performance-support content.
  • Strong experience developing responsive e-learning and digital learning content using Articulate Rise 360.
  • Strong professional experience in instructional design and detailed storyboard development.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably SAP Fiori and enterprise business processes.
  • Strong understanding of ADDIE, adult learning principles, learning objectives, instructional strategies, assessment design, and learning experience design.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
