Job Summary

To ensure the implementation of quality initiatives, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement of delivery capabilities across assigned organizational units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate process adherence and compliance through audits within delivery units.
2. Contribute to quality councils, drive quality initiatives, and support external audits.
3. Oversee stakeholder reporting and ensure accuracy in quality metrics.
4. Manage, mentor, and develop the QA team for optimal performance.
5. Participate in customer reviews to enhance quality alignment and engagement.
6. Conduct training sessions on defined quality processes as required. <br/
