Job Summary

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing software robots that automate repetitive tasks, significantly enhancing business efficiency. Your expertise in RPA tools will allow you to create innovative automation solutions that align with both company and client compliance standards, driving productivity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Process Automation Solutions Using Uipath And Other Rpa Tools, Ensuring Compliance With Design Specifications And Coding Standards.
2. Analyze Existing Processes To Identify Automation Opportunities, Conducting Feasibility Checks And Providing Technical Insights For Efficient Solution Design.
3. Create And Maintain Robust Automation Scripts Using Programming Languages, Optimizing Performance And Reliability Of Automated Workflows.
4. Execute Testing And Troubleshooting Of Automation Solutions, Ensuring High-Quality Deliverables That Meet Productivity Benchmarks.
5. Document Automation Processes And Solutions, Providing Clear Guidelines And Support For Future Enhancements And Maintenance.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Core Rpa Tools Such As Uipath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, And Power Automate.
2. Proficient In Scripting Languages And Programming Concepts To Create Automation Solutions.
3. Solid Analytical Skills For Process Analysis And Feasibility Assessment.
4. Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Collaborate Effectively With Stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated Learning Agility To Adapt To New Technologies And Methodologies.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Uipath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer Certification, Or Automation Anywhere Certified Rpa Professional
