Senior RPA Developer - Core

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend/API Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high‑performance APIs and backend services. The role involves implementing modern API standards, integrating systems, ensuring reliability, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. Ideal candidates have strong expertise in backend frameworks, authentication, databases, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services
  • Define API specifications using OpenAPI/Swagger
  • Implement authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys)
  • Integrate third-party services and internal systems via APIs
  • Ensure API performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, and API versioning
  • Collaborate with frontend, mobile, DevOps, and QA teams
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Contribute to API documentation and developer portals

Skill Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in backend or API development
  • Strong experience building RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language/framework:
  • Java (Spring Boot)
  • Node.js (Express/NestJS)
  • .NET Core
  • Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
  • Experience with API design principles and best practices
  • Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, status codes, and JSON
  • Experience with authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT)
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Understanding of microservices architecture
