Senior RPA Technical Lead - Blue Prism

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in Blue Prism will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Blue Prism projects. They will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Blue Prism solutions, ensuring they meet the company's requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and guide a team of blue prism developers in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using blue prism
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using blue prism
3. Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of blue prism solutions by conducting regular reviews and optimizations
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to blue prism processes and provide technical support to the team when needed
5. Stay updated with the latest blue prism trends and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of automation solutions

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in blue prism development and implementation
2. Strong understanding of rpa concepts and best practices
3. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify automation opportunities
4. Solid programming skills and experience in languages such as c#, python, or java
5. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines in a fast paced environment

Other Requirements

1.Blue Prism Developer Certification is preferred
