Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead (UIPath) is responsible for overseeing the UIPath projects, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of automation solutions. They will lead a team of UIPath developers and work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design the automation workflows, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.-----

Role Overview

We are looking for a UiPath Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The role involves building automated workflows, integrating systems, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver efficient automation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automated processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful automation delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to RPA governance, security, and best practices.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and RPA development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of VB.NET, C#, SQL, and API integration.
  • Understanding of process automation lifecycle and best practices.
  • Experience in attended/unattended bots, exception handling, and logging.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • UiPath Certification (UiRPA or Advanced RPA Developer) preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of uipath developers, providing technical expertise and guidance
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design automation solutions using uipath
3. Develop, test, and implement uipath workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to uipath automation
5. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in uipath development
6. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on uipath tools and techniques

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in uipath platform, including uipath studio, orchestrator, and robots
2. Strong knowledge of rpa concepts and best practices
3. Experience in developing complex automation workflows using uipath
4. Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is a plus
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross functional teams

Other Requirements

1.UIPath Advanced Developer certification is preferred
