Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist (UIPath) at HCL is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions using UIPath technology. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver efficient and effective automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop automation workflows, solutions, and processes using uipath technology.
2. Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
3. Design, test, and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to uipath automation.
5. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enable users to leverage automation solutions effectively.
6. Stay updated with the latest uipath features and best practices to drive continuous improvement in automation capabilities.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in uipath development, including building automation workflows, reframework, and orchestrator.
2. Strong understanding of rpa concepts and experience in implementing end-to-end automation solutions.
3. Knowledge of programming languages such as c#, .net, or vb.net for customization of uipath workflows.
4. Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training.
6. Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize automation workflows for efficiency.

Other Requirements

1.UIPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent certification is preferred.
