Job Summary

The Senior Reliability Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing product performance through comprehensive reliability analysis, focusing on Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). This role involves creating design specifications, conducting thorough analyses, and delivering high-quality results within defined time standards. The Senior Analyst is instrumental in suggesting design enhancements based on data-driven insights, ultimately contributing to the organization’s commitment to quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Reliability Analysis Using Mtbf Methodologies To Identify Critical Performance Issues, Implementing Solutions That Optimize Product Reliability And Enhance Overall Performance.
2. Validate And Interpret Reliability Data, Preparing Detailed Reports And Presentations That Communicate Findings To Stakeholders, Thereby Influencing Project Direction And Decision-Making.
3. Develop Technical Models For Reliability Analysis, Ensuring Robust And Accurate Representations Of Product Performance Under Various Conditions.
4. Monitor And Ensure The Accuracy And Completeness Of Analytical Data Throughout The Reliability Analysis Process, Mitigating Errors And Providing Dependable Insights For Strategic Decision-Making.
5. Collect Relevant Information And Devise Methodologies For Conducting Reliability Analyses, Ensuring Adherence To Industry Standards And Best Practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Reliability Analysis Principles And Practices, Specifically Focusing On Mean Time Between Failures (Mtbf).
2. Familiarity With Statistical Analysis Tools And Software Relevant To Reliability Engineering.
3. Good Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Present Findings Effectively.
4. Basic Knowledge Of Design Specifications And Methodologies Relevant To Reliability Analysis.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Certified Reliability Engineer (Cre).
2. Optional But Valuable: Reliability And Maintainability (R&M) Certification.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
