Job Summary

The Senior Technical Support Specialist with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the company's systems and applications. They will work closely with cross functional teams to address technical issues, implement automation, and optimize processes to enhance the overall reliability of the systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to system availability and performance.
2. Implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations and improve system reliability.
3. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new features or services.
4. Design and implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues.
5. Participate in on call rotation to provide support during off-peak hours and weekends.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as python, java, or bash.
2. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like aws, azure, or google cloud.
3. Experience with containerization technologies such as docker and kubernetes.
4. Familiarity with monitoring tools like prometheus, grafana, or elk stack.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) would be advantageous.
