Job Summary
The Senior Automation Tester specializing in Java, python and selenium will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts to support agile software development. The role involves collaborating within team to ensure the quality of software products through automation.
Key Responsibilities
• 3+ years of experience in automation testing using either Coded UI, Java, Selenium, or Python or other UI tools
• Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks
• Strong programming skills with solid understanding of OOP/OOD and interface design
• Familiarity with web services (XML, REST, SOAP)
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration; Jenkins preferred
• Experiences (4-5 yrs) for manual testing:
o System testing (not pure SW centric)
o Related domain (Semi, industrial automation) – clear no for web based, banking, healthcare etc
o Min 3 years in same domain
o Engineering background and not MCA/MSc
