Senior Selenium Test Specialist - Cucumber, Java

Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist with expertise in cucumber, selenium, and Java will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of software products. This role will involve collaborating with cross functional teams to develop effective testing strategies and identify and resolve software defects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement automated test scripts using cucumber, selenium, and java
2. Collaborate with software developers and product owners to identify test requirements
3. Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality
4. Identify and document software defects and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
5. Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritization of testing activities
6. Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks and tools
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in automation testing tools such as cucumber, selenium, and java
2. Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and processes
3. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans
4. Experience with agile development methodologies
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in testing activities

Other Requirements

1.ISTQB certification is preferred but not mandatory
