Job Summary

Role: Service Delivery Manager (SDM) - Captive Center Scale-Up

10-15 years of experience along with some experience on Agentforce/ Salesforce. Role is to scale all the AI use cases and work with Customer innovation teams in France/ Europe in their Lucknow Captive. 

Key Responsibilities

The person will be managing the team in Lucknow 15 to 20 ( engineers with 1-2 years experience ) and scale the AI use cases which are in pilot / incubation to production
