Job Summary

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, databases, networks)
  • Experience managing multi-tier environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod)
  • Knowledge of release and deployment processes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
  • Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle) for data refresh activities
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Understanding of ITIL processes

  • Deployment and release coordination outcomes
  • Incident and issue resolution logs
  • Environment configuration documentation

Data refresh and environment consistency reports
