Senior Site Reliability Engineer Lead

Job Summary

This is primarily an SRE role supporting the a UI Service in Kubernetes. The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting deployment, operations, and ongoing maintenance of the Karuna service running on Kubernetes.
  • Monitoring service health, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring service reliability.
  • Performing log analysis and debugging using Splunk to identify and resolve incidents.
  • Basic understanding of Web Components and the ability to perform first-level debugging of UI-related issues. Deep front-end development expertise is not required.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application operations is a plus.

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
  • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  • Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio/Linkerd).
  • Experience with GitOps workflows.
