Job Summary

Seeking a technology expert to establish and lead our AI-Native Testing & Quality Engineering capability. The leader will define the future-state vision for quality engineering by leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, autonomous testing, and intelligent quality platforms. The individual will drive the transformation of traditional testing organizations into AI-enabled quality engineering ecosystems while mentoring  engineering teams

Key Responsibilities

Capability Leadership           

  • "Define strategy & roadmap for AI-Native Testing & Quality Engineering
  • Develop competency models, operating frameworks, and capability standards
  • Establish best practices for intelligent quality engineering"

AI-Native Quality Transformation    

  • Define transformation approaches across AI-assisted test design, autonomous test generation, intelligent test execution, AI-powered defect prediction, test optimization, self-healing test automation, agentic testing frameworks

Customer & Business Support         

  • "Support strategic customer engagements and transformation programs
  • Conduct quality engineering maturity assessments
  • Define business cases & transformation roadmaps"

Capability Development & Mentoring         

  • "Mentor FDEs, testing leaders, and quality engineering teams
  • Develop internal capability programs
  • Build learning paths, assessment and certification frameworks"

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills          

  • "Test Strategy & test management
  • Functional and Non-functional testing
  • Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium
  • Jmeter, Loadrunner
  • GitLab, GitHub Actions
  • GenAI platforms, AI-assisted testing tools, Agentic testing frameworks"

Consulting & Customer Skills           

  • "Strong business and operational problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to facilitate transformation workshops and executive discussions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills"

 

Other Requirements

15+ years of experience in testing and  quality engineering
Experience leading quality-engineering transformation programs
Strong customer advisory and consulting experience 
Experience building enterprise capabilities & mentoring senior talent
