Job Title: SAP EWM Architect (German Speaking)
Location: Ulm, Germany- Resource has to work from Ulm for 2-3 days in a week.
Experience: 10+ years overall, 6+ years in SAP EWM.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Architect with strong German language proficiency to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a solution architect and subject matter expert, driving end-to-end warehouse transformation programs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Lead end-to-end architecture design for SAP EWM solutions (Embedded / Decentralized)
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate warehouse and logistics requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Drive greenfield, brownfield, and S/4HANA transformation programs
- Architect and implement integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM, QM) and third-party systems
- Define and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for EWM implementations
- Lead fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and technical design workshops
- Provide guidance on:
- Warehouse structure (storage types, bins, work centers)
- RF framework, Fiori apps, and automation integration (MFS, robotics)
- Oversee data migration, testing strategy, and cutover planning
- Support pre-sales, solution estimations, and proposal development
- Mentor consultants and lead offshore/onshore delivery teams
