Job Summary

Power Management SME – DC-DC Converter Design

  • Deep expertise in integrated DC-DC converter architectures, including buck, boost, buck-boost, multiphase, and supporting power-management functions.
  • Proven transistor-level design experience with control loops, gate drivers, power stages, current sensing, compensation, protection, and start-up sequencing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of efficiency, stability, transient response, noise, EMI, thermal performance, device reliability, and PVT/Monte Carlo closure.
  • Experience in porting or redesigning power-management ICs across process technologies while maintaining functional and performance requirements.

Skill Requirements

  • Expected to lead architecture and design reviews, verification and layout guidance, silicon debug, technical risk closure, and team mentoring.
