Job Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on AI adoption, application modernization, cloud transformation, and automation. The role will define target architectures, governance standards, and technology roadmaps while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and govern enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead application modernization initiatives including cloud migration, microservices, API-led architectures, and platform transformation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions across business and technology domains.
  • Establish architecture governance, technical review boards, and solution assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI platforms, and modernization frameworks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to solution architects, engineering teams, and delivery organizations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture.
  • Strong experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Proven experience in application modernization and legacy transformation programs.
  • Hands-on understanding of AI/GenAI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and container platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience defining enterprise architecture blueprints, governance models, and standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TOGAF certification or equivalent.
  • Cloud Architect certifications.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Insurance, Banking, or Healthcare.
