Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
  • Lead workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and process mapping.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Manage project/program scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
  • Lead UAT, business validation, and production rollout activities.
  • Monitor program KPIs, milestones, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Support change management, training, and stakeholder communications.

Primary Skill:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Functional Specification Development, User Story Creation, Gap Analysis, Data Mapping & Integration Analysis
  • Program & Project Management, Experience in Agile / Scrum / SAFe, Stakeholder & Executive Communication

Secondar Skill:

  • Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs & System Integration, Data Platforms & Analytics, SDLC & DevOps

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
