Job Summary

Highly experienced Teamcenter Functional Consultant with 25 years of expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), engineering and manufacturing process transformation, and enterprise solution delivery. Proven track record of leading large-scale Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation programs across aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor, and high-tech industries. Strong expertise in BOM management, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), Configuration Management, Workflow Design, Requirements Management, Product Structures, and Teamcenter integration with SAP, MES, and CAD systems. Experienced in stakeholder management, business process consulting, solution definition, user adoption, data migration, and global PLM governance initiatives

Seasoned Teamcenter Functional Consultant with 25 years of experience delivering enterprise PLM solutions and business process transformations. Expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes with deep knowledge of Teamcenter functional capabilities. Skilled in leading global implementations, process harmonization, data migration, and ERP/CAD integrations. Strong background in requirements gathering, solution design, change management, and user adoption. Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable PLM solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
