Job Summary

 Support strategic deals, presales, and large transformations in partnership with the Portfolio Delivery Head Translate emerging technology trends into business-aligned outcomes for automotive clients Influence client roadmaps for AI-led modernization and digital platforms 3. Agentic AI-Driven Delivery Transformation initiatives Lead the Agentic AI strategy and execution for the portfolio accounts in Europe Define industry-specific Agentic AI use cases (intelligent operations, predictive maintenance, quality, supply chain, digital manufacturing platforms) Create reference architectures, accelerators, and reusable assets tailored for automotive application landscapes Drive adoption of AI-native patterns across legacy modernization and new-build programs Collaborate with HCLTech AI COEs, Labs, and hyperscaler partners 4. Full-Stack & AI-Native Development Enablement Guide teams on modern frontend frameworks and enterprise-grade UI architectures Drive integration of LLMs, agent frameworks, vector databases, and AI services into applications Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-assisted development practices Improve engineering productivity and consistency across distributed European delivery teams 5. Developer Advocacy & Capability Building Act as a Developer Advocate and Technology Evangelist  Mentor architects, technical leads, and senior engineers across Europe and offshore teams Conduct portfolio-wide tech forums, design councils, and innovation workshops Publish internal pla

Application Architecture & Engineering Excellence Own and govern end-to-end application architecture across large delivery programs Provide hands-on leadership in Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Quarkus) or .NET (.NET Core, ASP.NET, Azure) stacks Define standards for cloud-native, microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures Act as the final technical escalation point for complex delivery issues Ensure alignment with automotive-grade quality, security, and scalability requirements 2. Client Advisory & Solution Implementation Serve as a trusted technology advisor to our  clients
