Job Summary

To lead and drive the Technology Solutions team to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet client and stakeholder needs, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and manage the technology solutions organization to achieve growth targets for designated accounts.
2. Develop and execute strategic visions and roadmaps for solution development.
3. Implement skill development plans for the LoB/Technology Solutions team.
4. Establish and maintain thought leadership in technology and domain practices.
5. Provide leadership and direction to solution development teams.
6. Define, establish, and manage a re-use practice across the LoB.
7. Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
8. Monitor and report on the performance of the technology solutions organization.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
